I suspect he wants his Pribumi to hide, and to hide behind the allusion of being also a rocket wakakaka.
Biggest loser in name and symbol changes will be the DAP - it's their members' choice. Do not leave such a monumental loss of identity to the say so of one man or even a small committee.

It is a practical impossibility to conduct a proper law-enforcement investigation into allegations of serious wrong doing of the Current Prime Minister. The 30 minute teh-tarik and karipap session MACC had with Najib last year doesn't count.
Those who moan about how far Malaysia has behind South Korea, which started off from a much poorer base, are missing one important factor - the rule of Law. The same applies with Singapore.
