Datuk Chan Nyarn Hoi |
Datuk Chan Nyarn Hoi (better known as NH Chan), a retired Court of Appeal judge, passed away peacefully in Ipoh at the age of 81.
Deepest condolences to his family. A good man has left us for a far better place.
