Terrors take hold on Chua

New MCA flag

Considering component parties in a coalition fight against each other to secure a seat or seats ...

... strange isn't it, when MCA party president Chua Soi Lek surrenders Gelang Patah to an UMNO man to contest against Lim Kit Siang in a supposedly MCA stronghold?

Strange isn't it when Chua Soi Lek talks about 'loaning' to UMNO the MCA's federal seats of Kuantan and Wangsa Maju as well as two Perak state seats of Jelapang and Tronoh?

But most strange of all is its ceding of the Kota Laksamana seat in Malacca to an already dead PPP.

Chua talks self-deceptive nonsense when he uses a word like 'loan' of seat in politics. The correct word is 'cede', and cede forever more.

Chua knows that by contesting, the MCA will be wiped out. So he thinks that by lying low and keeping clear of the mighty storm on 05 May he can avoid direct defeats for MCA, but not realizing he has already incurred the greatest defeat for MCA by his turn-tail tactics.

He thinks by battening down the hatch for MCA and sitting aloof from the 05 May pending disaster like survivors in a nuclear hideout, he can emerge subsequently to take stock and reactivate his party's political life, because he knows MCA has deep pockets.

Terrors take hold on him as waters, a tempest stealeth him away in the night - Job 27:20

Chua has even given up hope on the EC, wakakaka.

But maybe there's still some hope for Chua if the Registrar of Society (RoS) can frustrate his nemesis by suspending or de-registering DAP just prior to nomination day on 20 April.

George Woodberry once said: “Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure.”

Chua has truly failed. And we'll be waiting for him when he emerges from his hole after 05 March 2013.

  1. Can you confirm what's the total number of delegates eligible to attend the meetings. How many actually attended?

  2. The momemt mca elected chua cd as president, the party was destined going to "HOLLAND".

Chua cd will just follow whatever najis dictates as he will be looking at 20 years behind bar under s377 of the penal code for the "same hotel same room" session should he defies umno order.

  3. Chua is a real bastard. He not only betrayed the MCA by his actions, he is a mean shit...just look at his reasoning behind the decision to derecognise the Crimean State University medical school. He claimed that there would be too many Indian doctors in Malaysia if it continued to be recognised. It was still the "constant pie" syndrom that was debunked 30 years ago. If doctors are unable to find patients, then they will go into other avenues, using their education and training, for the betterment of all Malaysians.

That "new" white flag is a flag of mourning for the death of an organisation that did such good work in the days of the Emergency for all Malayans, so much so that its lottery was hijacked by the then Government as the new "Social Welfare Lottery". It was truly ceded for it never went back to party.

  4. MCA is realistic about its current situation with the Chinese community. Chua Soi Lek has chosen to play a strategic game instead of knocking his head against a brick wall.
When faced with a negative tactical position, retreat is often a smart move, provided you immediately start working out how you get back.
And make no mistake...MCA will be back after GE13, and the Chinese community will be there begging for their intercission.

The British Army was thoroughly defeated on the beaches of Dunkirk in 1940, and the men (the British army there no longer existed as a fighting force) barely escaped with the clothes on their back.

Four years later, they were back on the beaches of Normandy, heads up high.

There is no shame in a tactical retreat.

    1. What tactical retreat? Will there still a tomorrow for MCA for a POLITICAL party that has no self-pride or honour? "No shame"? I'd say utterly SHAMEFUL!

  6. Kaytee,Chua Soi Lek will go down in Malaysia and MCA's history as the "boh lam par" president. Why did Umno pick Dr "Boh Lam Par" as it's proxy to challenge and unseat Ong Tee Keat.Because they know that that Dr Chuah lost his balls in the hotel room.

  7. http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/article/bn-settles-on-ghani-to-defend-gelang-patah-from-kit-siang/

Confirmed MCA has "sub-contracted" Gelang Patah to UMNO's Ghani Othman.

DAP's Lim Kit Siang shouldn't get too happy, though. The situation in Johor is that An UMNO candidate like Ghani is actually harder to beat than MCA.
    This is due to
    a) Malay Opposition sympathisers who will tend to vote for an UMNO candidate vs. DAP.
    b) Significant number of Hard-Core BN supporters among Johor Chinese.

  8. Lge made a tactical retreat when challenged to fight in a multi racial seat even though Dap is a multi racial party.

    1. The DAP is definitely a multiracial party in the fullest sense of the word......unlike the racial parties the like of Umno, MCA and MIC. No one is bared from being a member of DAP based on skin colour or religious conviction. It goes without saying that if not for the decades of demonization by Umno, DAP would have more malay members, instead of being viewed by the malays as a Communist, Racist and Full-of-Christian Chinese party still with on-going ties with Singapore PAP, all out to cheat and take away the malay rights and install a chinese prime minister. The malays have swallowed hook, line and sinker this bullshit crap via the MSM and via their BTN courses and friday Masjid Pep Talk.

In view of this decades old deeply-lodged brainwashing, why must DAP be stupid and not make tactical strategy to avoid defeat ?

  9. Kaytee, now that it has been confirmed that Ghani will be the candidate for Gelang Patah, this GE will be the Waterloo for the chicken led Mca.It will surely get decimated for its balless act of cowardice. The "boh lam phars" should have gone down fighting and at least go out with their heads held high. Now they will go down as the political cowards of Malaysian politics.

Umno has broken the last straw holding the camel's back.A decimated Mca will drag the authoritarian bully and high handed Umno with it.Malaysians will punish the Umno more than expected, and it will fare worse than if the Mca had partipated actively as candidates.

  11. MCA has been in a "tactical retreat" since 1957. At some stage, MCA leaders should have turned the tide by standing up to UMNO. They never did and never will. They are truly "bohood Chinese" people. I am sorry for the MCA members who pinned their hopes and gave their money in the expectation that the "tactical retreat" was temporary. Sadly it has been a sorry rout. The opposition parties read this early on but it has taken time to convince ordinary Malaysians of this.

MCA members, those that still remain in the party, should now vote with their feet to other parties like DAP and vote with their heads for Pakatan. There is no time to dither anymore.

  12. Ong Tee Keat & Gan Ping Sieu are not elegible to contest, the power brokers have decided. Thus every 4 or 5 years we elect a member of the ruling class (so selected) to misrepresent the people in Parliament.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberal_democracy
