Using Constitution to hide non constitutional conduct

3 days ago I posted UMNO's Noah's Ark where I made the point that 'UMNO knows Tsunami 2.0, the great flood, is coming. Their last hope is the EC, their Noah's Ark'.

Now I read Malaysiakini's EC's Wan Ahmad, enough of excuses where outraged Malaysians have been writing in to lambast Wan Ahmad for brazenly attempting to hide behind the Constitution, when his EC has been seen to be a national disgrace for its questionable partisan allegiance in total violation of its constitutional role.

It seems there is no depth to which the EC would not be willing to sink right down to - pun intended.

  1. Ware the 2008 elections in Penang and Selangor not conducted in a fair and transparent manner ?

If it is not so, then DAP and PKR should vacate the Penang and Selangor state governments.

If the 2008's election were truly fair, PR would have formed the government already.

Inspite of all the sheninagans by the EC and UMNO, all the cheating and fraud, PR still created history with its tsunami because the sleepy head was complacent, thinking that their usual cheating ( as was done through out ALL the past elections ) would suffice. But they did not figure on the Rakyat having had had enough and as they said, 'the worm have turned', hence the Great 2008 Tsunami.

Of course GE13 is a different story. The usual fraud and cheating would not be sufficient.

Even the newly created Perkosa and Sodomy 2 and the Carcosa Porn Video would not be enough. Even the Evil Mamak with his daily poisonous blog is not enough.

Let's see how GE13 would turn out.

Yep. When Pakatan wins, the EC is fair and transparent. When Pakatan loses, BN and EC conspire to cheat.
When we are for Pakatan, we are smart like Monsterball and Sunwaygopal. That says a lot!.
When we are for BN, we are stupid.
What else is new for manic Anwaristas???

  4. Sentiment among the rakyat are that many in the current herd of politicos, on both sides of the divide, are unapologetically and unabashedly piggish in their conduct and purely motivated towards looking out for Number One, i.e. themselves. They are primarily concerned about finding a comfortable place to park themselves at the pig's feeding trough.

All you guys and gals vociferously supporting this or that politician or this and that party are willy nilly being taken for a ride for you are being used by those sly assholes. Unless of course you are benefitting by getting a miserable crumb or two thrown your way by those pigs feeding at the public trough.

Therefore, go in with both eyes wide open and be brutally honest with yourself. The swines are using you, so use them back in turn - vote with your own agenda firmly in mind. Do not be faithful and loyal to any politician and party. Faithfulness and loyalty have no place in politics. If the assholes fail to live up to your expectations throw them out, vote them out the next time. It should always be quid pro quo.

u see , another flawed conclusion.

You understand the meaning of 'in spite of' or not..

Penang and selangor was won by Pakatan IN SPITE of wholesale cheating and corruption by Barisan Najis and by Najis razak and the corrupt EC!

    IN SPITE OF!!

if there was a fair and transparent EC, not only Selangor and Perak, the Federal Govt would have fallen lah!

go look up the meaning of the term "IN SPIE OF" , u may learn something dude.....

The TROUBLE is.....once a new guy sweeps in and sits on the throne, he will without a doubt immediately put in all the screws to lock in his position for the next 50 years !

It is misleading to talk as though it is as easy as changing underwear to throw out anyone new ruler when he starts to smell. Once the army, the police, the media, the judiciary are in his pocket, like the bad old UMNO, pochik la kita....wait for another 50 years.

Saner suggestion would be to ensure the incumbent do not get two-thirds majority for this round and after the GE, the Opposition should clean house thoroughly to rid itself of all the pretenders, thus strenthening itself for the REAL victory in the next round.

  7. "nsure the incumbent do not get two-thirds majority for this round and after the GE"
    Typical UMNO-cybertrooper line of defence.

Given UMNO's control of Money, Media and Machinery, this is a sure recipe for ensuring UMNO (effectively, MCA / Gerakan are zombies) gets its 2/3 majority. More gerrymandering, Constitutional amendments after that will ensure BN for the next 50 years, or until Malaysia collapses under the weight of corruption and a PIGS-style default.

This is a disingenuous line of argument. You are assuming that the newly-elected ruler will or able to coopt "the army, the police, the media, the judiciary" to be on his side.

As the cliche goes - when you ass-u-me you make an ass out of you and me.

Assuming, Ass-u-me or whatever way ( you think you're SO clever eh, haha )......the fact remains that PKR is THE sick man in the PR Coalition. Why is it sick ?

Because the leadership echelon is infested with UMNO guys who have shown they are unable to change their ways even if to save them a throne. These UMNOs in PKR just pakai the blue colour sheep clothing and shout Reformasi. But scratch the surface, the UMNO men are still intact underneath.

See how comfortable they are with their own kind...the corrupt UMNOs. So it is NOT farfetched at all that should ( IF ) PR were to rule, Anwar and Gang will wholeheartedly welcome 90% of the umno rats from BN, will welcome them with wide open arms. The more the merrier as this will in effect make PKR the strongest, the biggest partner in PR.

In that event, Karpal Singh can shout himself hoarse "Over My Dead Body" to no avail.

This is one scenario one cannot dismiss off lightly. One can only trust these so-called reformer blighters if they meant what they preached, which so far is NOT the case.

Are you saying that the PR partners, DAP (and even PAS), won't be able to moderate/curtail villainous, unscrupulous behaviour from PKR?

Speak for yourself. You may jump like katak from party to party. UMNO people are made of stronger stuff.

If so, why is Najib delaying the 13th GE?

What has that got todo with anything? What a dungu type of question is that? Datuk Seri Najib, as the prime minister, has the prerogative to call for an election any time he likes according to his convenience. Who are you to demand that he should do what you want?

And is there need to throw out offending terms like "umno rats from BN". If they are rats then what are you? A big, fat, greedy, gluttonous, grabby, and grubby pig? And with slitty shit eyes and a face exactly like a pig's backside!
