Solar-powered agent provocateur

An extract from from Malaysia-Today’s quote of The Star Online’s article Hasan: PAS has lost sight of the Malays:

(The Star) - Embattled PAS leader Datuk Dr Hasan Ali has continued his tirade against the party, saying that it has lost sight of the Malays since coming under the Pakatan Rakyat banner.

He said PAS had veered away from its fundamental role as a defender of Islam.

“In the rush to take over Putrajaya, we may end up forgetting our core group of supporters the Malays,” he said in an hour-long interview on TV3's Soal Jawab.

Here’s the solar-powered 'savior' of Malay Unity being confused between the supranational supra-ethnic supra-caste religion of Islam and the Malay race.

He was further quoted as saying: ….. a victory for Pakatan and by extension PAS in the next general election would be meaningless under the current arrangement if nothing was done to uphold the place of Islam, the Malays and the royal institution, three issues which he said formed the core of his political struggles.

Since he has shown no evidence to prove that Pakatan is anti Islam, anti Malays and anti-monarchy (all 3 issues are also UMNO-owned accusations against Pakatan), can we safely conclude he is another of the UMNO noises, albeit a solar-powered one?

Of course he won’t willingly leave PAS because he knows his usefulness to UMNO, like any solar-powered frogs, will be sub-zero the moment he steps into the UMNO shade.

So despite his mAjor disagreement with PAS' political objectives he steels his thick face to be extra thick-skinned and malu-lah, shamelessly stays back in PAS. I can only guess that by remaining in a party which he claims to have a meaningless political objective, he will be able to continue fermenting dissent in that party.

  1. The fact is DAP is the DeFacto boss in Pakatan right now. Anything they object to stops right there. What they push becomes Pakatan Rakyat policy.

Do the Malays really want to be ruled, effectively, by DAP ?

Its up to the people to decide, but the facts must be made clear.

  2. Hasan Ali, UMNO etc. just have to repeat 20x that Pakatan Rakyat is anti Islam and anti-Malay, and the rural Melayus will believe it as fact.

Doesn't matter if they can't prove it.

Trying to unite PAS and UMNO by spreading lies about how such and such group of people are anti-Malay and anti-Islam - that to me is despicable.

    Munafik !

    1. Anti Islam; Karpal Sing - Anti Islamic State, DUMC.

    2. Anti Malays; Nga Kor Ming - Black Metallic, DAP roboh kedai di Taman Pelangi.

    3. Anti Monarchy; Kes Suhaimi Shafiei blog against Sultan Selangor, or Nik Aziz hina Sultan Selangor.

  7. I've actually seen the Solar Powered Talking Bible....hahaha..

Made in China, with total about 30 minutes of voice recording quoting from the various books of the Bible.

Its cute and I think its really meant as a child's Christmas present for one of those "Born Again" Christian families.

I still haven't converted to Christianity after a session with the Solar Powered Bible...strange that...

  8. Hasan Ali has lost sight of the Malays as he has sold out to the satan,Umno.Hasan Ali is one of the few in PAS where the ringgit is king.

Since Hasan Ali has sold his soul to Umno,he should fight for Umno/BN from within Umno, and not from within PAS.That this pariah Hasan Ali is still in PAS speaks wonders of him.Feed this rat Hasan Ali good food and he will eat the carpet too.Ungrateful pariah of a rat, must have come out of a rat's asshole.

  9. It is all just political maneuvering .....

He is not going to be a PAS candidate in the coming GE.

So now he is making the right noises for his eventual defection...

    Just another politician....

  10. ... and lots of people will be duped by those scare tactics. People are easily conned.

The scare mongers have taken the cue from the UMNO AGM, using DAP as the punching bag

  11. Here's what will happen..

    1. Hasan Ali builds up the momentum with his outbursts.

    2. He leaves PAS and join forces with Perkasa (Ibrahim Ali is also from PAS?)

    3. They jointly declare that indelible ink is haram, saying that, as a result of this, Muslims will be deprived of their right to vote.

    4. EC relents and stops using indelible ink for the GE.

All this while, BN will be watching
    with quiet satisfaction...

    Another conspiracy theory ? Wakakaka..

  12. All these Agents can be bought...or is performing .hoping to be bought...or is already bought up...to perform his best.
Hasan is bought by Najib....but he will not be accepted to join UMNO b..unless he shows fantastic results with his double headed snake performance.
So far..he is heading to the rubbish tank.
Not one...not even Najib can twist and turn to get more votes.
Corruptions is the main issue...and People Power will have the last say.

  13. PAS is fully aware of Hasan Ali's intentions.
This nobody..trying to be somebody...twisting and turning...trying so hard top make Malaysian Muslims be racists..will not work.
All the big guns in UMNO b tried...and fail.
Who does Hasan Ali think he is?

  14. Hasan Ali actually has a lot of silent support among PAS traditionalists. These are the people who vote PAS every GE, come rain or shine. Many of the kampung Melayus lump Agama dan Bangsa together.

PAS needs to tread carefully or it could break up into two parties - one of them UMNO-friendly.

  15. This solar-powered agent used to be a motivational speaker.....saw him several times plying his trade on national tv sometime back. Glib of tongue, with almost hypnotical persuasive power, he could easily hold a candle to the great Anwar Ibrahim. It is a known fact he has been lusting after the Selangor MB seat, and considered Azmin Ali his greatest nemesis.

With the seige mentality of the malays, a perfect punching-bag and scapegoat of the chinese, and a thriving frog festival in the political arena, this snake-in-grass is now in his element. He has rightly make his best move now, else there never will be another such fantastic opportunity for years to come.

  16. Is his salary only from purely Islamic sources, or also includes contributions from taxpayers that he is railing against, the so-called dhimmis, kafirs ...?

  17. They are all the same in the end.

Really? Is there any proof to this? Please remember that Hudud is not supported by both DAP and PKR (thought PKR won't say so explicitly) so it's a majority vs minority. The common platform has to represent something all 3 parties can agree on.

How is that compared to the current situation? Anything MCA/MI
C/any component party wants is irrelevant, as UMNO bulldozes them. Like how UMNO cries for Chinese blood at their General Assembly and MCA is quiet as squeak.

I agree facts must be made clear, but I'm not quite sure if yours counts as "facts".

"what is so wrong to try to unite pas and umno for the malay and islam survival?"

    The big question is WHY?

Is islam dying? Is the Malay race dying? Counting as the official religion and the majority race, how is that even remotely possible?
Please give me a single logical link or analogy as to how either Islam or Malay can go extinct - because the only way right now this is possible is to dismiss all Malays and Muslims as weak-willed idiots who will simply convert to another religion because they saw a solar-powered Bible or Buddha/ Vishnu statue.

The Chinese with their various religions and free-thinkers, shoulnd't they be trembling? What bout the minority Christians - aren't they the one being threatened all the time?

And finally, what is the purpose of this unity - UNITE against what? There is no threats against Islam - other than your imaginary ones. Is there anyone destroying mosques? Muslim preachers are free to preach to anyone, no restriction at all.

Please stop using terms like "unity", "survival" without thinking through what are the uses for these terms.
