PETALING JAYA:
Three company directors of an aerospace firm were charged at the magistrates’ court here today with forging a share transfer form in May.

The three directors of Petra X5 Sdn Bhd – Ahmad Suhaimi Abdul Halim, 44; Raja Shazreen Petra Raja Azman Shah, 32; and Haziq Aiman Shamsuddin, 28 – claimed trial after the charge was read out to them before magistrate Amira Sariaty Zainal.

They are jointly accused of forging a share transfer form dated Feb 16, 2026, at Petra X5’s office along Jalan PJU 1A/42B, Ara Damansara, on May 12.

The charge was framed under Section 471 of the Penal Code, punishable under Section 465 of the same code, read together with Section 34. If convicted, they face a maximum jail term of two years, a fine or both.

Deputy public prosecutor Syed Ahmed Khabir Abdul Rahman proposed bail of RM10,000 with one surety for each accused.

However, their counsel sought a lower bail, submitting that all three had fully cooperated with the police throughout the investigation and were not a flight risk.

The court allowed them bail of RM4,500 each with one surety.

The case was fixed for mention on Jan 12.

Counsel Kailash Sharma represented Suhaimi, while Amin Othman, Amirah Batrisyia Adam Khan and Anif Rafih represented Raja Shazreen and Haziq.
