Tabligh skivers - mana sense of moral responsibility?

Star Online:

Three tabligh members arrested, including Seri Petaling mosque attendee

GEORGE TOWN (Bernama): Three tabligh members, including one suspected of having attended the recent rally at the Seri Petaling Mosque, were arrested while trying to flee from a roadblock on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah near here on Friday (March 20).

Shortly after they were detained at about 6.30pm, police escorted the trio, aged between 27 and 56 years, to the Bayan Baru Health Clinic to undergo COVID-19 screening.

"Initial investigation found that one of the three men admitted that he had attended the event at the Sri Petaling Mosque but did not go for health screening upon returning home, ” said Barat Daya district police chief Supt A.A. Anbalagan
.

Make us wonder why those irresponsible tabligh members so strenuously avoided Covid-19 screening?

Didn't they want to be safe? Weren't they concerned about infecting their families and friends, let alone members of the public?

Or, did they think the health screening is a Western evil 'very haram-ish' procedure or worse, a Chinese non-kosher wicked scheme?

It's one thing to defy government medical advice not to attend a mass rally, but it's definitely another altogether different thing to behave irresponsibly towards society. Looks like devotion to the Almighty did NOT provide those clowns with a sense of righteous morality.

Why fear death by any virus?

Meanwhile, if anyone else is infected by me, it is the will of Allah.
