Paedophilia case ignored by the anti-LGBT Women Minister

Malaysiakini - Man yet to apply in court to marry 11-year-old, says Yeoh:

according to Guardian newspaper, medical examination showed he has had sexual relationship with the 11-year old girl

The man who reportedly took an 11-year-old Thai girl as his wife has yet to make an application for the union in the Syariah Court, according to Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Hannah Yeoh.

"A check with the Gua Musang Lower Syariah Court found that there is no confirmation of the marriage application from any party, as of today," she told the Dewan Negara during the winding up debate on the royal decree.

Yeoh added that a Welfare Department check found that the girl has been placed in a functional family in her home country.

She also confirmed that police have submitted their investigation paper, along with the girl's medical report, to attorney-general Tommy Thomas for further action.

Malaysians were outraged over reports in June that 41-year-old Che Abdul Karim Che Hamid had taken an 11-year-old as his third wife.

The union was solemnised at a mosque in Narathiwat, just across the Golok River from Kelantan.

It was later revealed that the marriage had not received approval from Thai religious authorities.

Che Abdul Karim was later fined RM1,800 by the Gua Musang Lower Syariah Court for marrying without obtaining approval and for entering into a polygamous marriage without consent.

The girl was returned to Thailand and placed under the care of the Thai government.

useless minister for women affairs

Following the controversy, de facto Religious Affairs Minister Mujahid Yusof Rawa had said the government would tighten provisions for child marriage in the Syariah Court before drafting a new law to ban the practice altogether.

Under syariah law, girls under 16 and boys under 18 are allowed to marry. State enactments stipulate that Syariah Court judges must personally interview younger applicants to gauge their preparedness for marriage.

The Pakatan Harapan manifesto had promised to raise the minimum age for marriage to 18 for both men and women.

  2. The Paedophile has already satisfied his lust and not surprising may even pretend to be a goody goody person to escape the attention given to him.

He will pretend to be even holier than the Pope for a short while before he sets his eyes again on another victim.

He may even migrate to another place where no one recognises him espeicially to the cities and towns or to some other remote villages to seek his animal lusts again.

The only effective way to stop him is to castrate or jailed him for life to prevent another child from being his prey.

  3. Provocateurs take note:

"…… de facto law minister Liew Vui Keong (photo below) conceded the incident does not augur well for Malaysia’s human rights record, but the federal government cannot interfere.

“The breach of Syariah law by the two women and the subsequent punishment of caning are under the state jurisdiction and federal government cannot interfere in the exercise of state authority.

“Item 1 list II of the ninth schedule of the Federal Constitution clearly states that the exercise of state jurisdiction on Islamic matters provided therein is a state matter, therefore, federal government cannot interfere in state jurisdiction,” he said in a press release.

He also noted that Terengganu is currently controlled by PAS, which is not a part of the Pakatan Harapan coalition now in federal power.

Meanwhile, Amanah communications director Khalid Samad reportedly said those who oppose state laws that provide for public caning should lobby state legislatures to change the laws."

    Real pariah!!!

    1. So, the same reason apply for not taking action against the Paedophile in Kelantan and because the syariah law allows it?

Do you think those 2 Lesbians and the Paedophile voted for PAS to implement Syariah Laws in Trengganu and Kelantan?

And do you think PAS can still win the by-election in Seri Setia?

How can anybody ever vote PAS to rule Malaysia when their state govt. cannot even save a child from the clutches of a Paedophile and called canning of victims in public sentences as education when it is clear they are the ones sorely lacking in education towards humanity?

So one down, 8 to go!

BTW, how about given credit to Hannah Yeoh for this belated 'titah' of an Islamic head. She paid a visit to istana kayangan in Shah Alan to raise the child marriage age with the sultan.

Pariah, that's termed worked behind the scene with the RIGHT person & correct approach!

Whether the zombies take notice or not that's another story for u to twist lah.

  5. Questions :

[ 1. Why was Mary pregnant at such young age by the Holy Spirit?
    2. Why did Jesus not speak against (or abolish) child marriages?
    3. How come Paul says nothing against such marriages?
    4. Why did Yahweh not say anything against Mary’s marriage with Joseph?
    5. Why did Yahweh bless the marriage of Joseph, who was 80 – 90 years old at least, with 12-year-old Mary? ]

    2. Actually, I would like YB Hannah Yeoh to answer the questions, since she has met/discussed with HRH Sultan Selangor on this issue.

    3. So, u think she WOULD act like kak wan - behaving within the confinement of her religion?

She is a modern woman who can think & present her view adequately. The archaic Abraham dogmas/myths have MINIMUM impact on her thinking as Christianity has evolved much more advanced, to comply with modern humanity thinking, than the zombieic cult!

Kak wan has no such mental ability bcoz of the dead-ended indoctrination grips that she has been cultured all through her life. That religion does funny thing to one's mind!

Wakakakaka… I do read people well!

  6. The Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, State Assemblymen etc are useless in the area of Islamic Law. The Muslim ones are paralyzed. The non-Muslim ones cannot campur tangan.

The answer lies in the hands and wisdom of the protectors of the faith, ie the respective Sultans, Agong and the Council of Rulers. The Sultan of Selangor showed the way recently by decreeing that the minimum age of marriage for Muslims is 18 years. Full Stop. End of Discussion. The other Sultans should please follow suit on this issue and also other issues like LGBT, caning etc.

  8. TDM backtracks. New Malaysia. Check and Balance. Like the Dacing.....Only Better. TDM’s Bersatu has only a dozen seats in a 222 seat parliament. Not like when he was PM4. No way he will get 3rd National Car either, not with public funds.

FOREIGNERS can buy land in Forest City but the government will stop short of giving them permanent resident status in Malaysia, says Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

This followed Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali’s recent remarks that the government would relook the Forest City development project in Johor as it did not benefit Malaysians.

  9. ChaBor woke up from a long 10 years coma on May 10, 2018.
ChaBor is just looking for an issue to Hentam Kak Wan, instead of any real interest on the issue.

I bet he doesn't even know the name of the Previous Women, Family and Community Development Minister, and is a Johnny-Come-Lately on the subject.

  10. After Terengganu then perhaps Pahang and now Kelantan wants to conduct public caning in a stadium. The ISIS punishment for gays - they push them out the window of a tall building.

When will they (Terrenganu, Pahang, Kelantan) educate the public on how an amputation is carried out?

The Kelantan government is considering various public places to carry out the syariah punishment of caning, and among them is a stadium, according to Kelantan Menteri Besar Ahmad Yakob.

Ahmad said this was made possible following the passing of an amendment to the Kelantan Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 2002 last year, which now allows for caning to be carried out in public...
