AG prosecuting? Pakatan Manifesto abandoned

I wonder why new Attorney General Tommy Thomas himself will lead the prosecution team against former PM Najib when it has been one of Pakatan manifesto that the AG duties be separated form that of a "national prosecutor".

What a lot of crockshit-tok Pakatan has promised in its manifesto.

  5. On the one hand people are braying for quick action to charge and prosecute Najib, but quick action means Tommy must follow current law. Current law says AG is the government prosecutor. On the other hand people also demand the AG must have not have prosecution powers but this change requires Parliament intervention, and Parliament hasn't even convened yet.

Another case of leaving no turn un-stoned.

  6. The laws that need to be changed are
Article 145 of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia, and Section 376
    of the Criminal Procedure Code.

    A lot of Dedak-ised crockshit-tok from Ktemoc.

  8. Of course, PH Manifesto promises will be implemented in due time.

Currently, TT is one of the best AG and Prosecutor, and this being a high profile case, surely it takes precedence.

When all the other high profile cases are already brought to courts, then PH should fulfil it's promises before the next GE15.

That's a long long time of about 4 yrs and 10 months to go, so what's he rush?

    Eat your hearts out! Wakakakakakakakakaka

  9. Aiyah, why the Court grant gag order? Trial by media? Shut, the media trial has been going on for years. The case will be decided by a Judge, not a jury. You mean you as the judge can be influenced? Then you shouldn't be a judge. This case is of public interest, involves public money being stolen and an ex-PM. If anything this trial should be telecast LIVE on TV. Gobind, start working on this, get sponsors.

  10. I am so happy Najib is out on bail (but why was he allowed to wear business suit and tie, not the standard lokap orange complete with double barrel bracelets as accessory?). This means he must attend Parliament later in July. If he thinks the High Court today was tough wait till Parliament starts. He will sure kena goreng. Innocent until Proven Guilty, so he can be appointed Chairman of the PAC, deputised by Tony Pua. He must remember to bring his white handkerchief. I'm Lovin' It.

  11. Changing the provision of separating the power of AG duties from that of a "national prosecutor" requires a change in the Constitution clause!

W/O the mandatory 2/3 majority in Parliament HOW to activate that manifesto promise?

Lagi the Parliament has not been started yet!

Kick on with yr random bullshiting lah.
