The man who now wants to "sing"

I can start with:

Sing a song of sixpence,
A pocket full of rye.
Four and twenty blackbirds,
Baked in a pie.

When the pie was opened
The birds began to sing;
Wasn't that a dainty dish,
To set before the king.

The king was in his counting house,
Counting out his money;
The queen was in the parlour,
Eating bread and honey.

The maid was in the garden,
Hanging out the clothes,
When down came a blackbird
And pecked off her nose.

If you don't like it, I can change my song according to your taste.

  1. Now everyone can sing, even Tony Fernandez. Xavier and Clare are here in Malaysia singing very loudly. The Home Minister will guarantee safe passage. To be perfectly fair he should also guarantee RPK’s safe passage so he too can come home and sing his song. We want to hear his latest hit.

  2. "I am an innocent man"...by Billy Joel..

    Oh yes I am.
    Some people say they will never believe.
    Another promise they hear in the dark.
    Because they only remember too well
    They heard somebody tell them before

    Tony Fernandes has sung...

    Yup...RPK should come home to sing....not easy to survive in Manchester without side income, you know...

    2. RPK has very quickly reminded every body that he is a PAS member exactly on the 12th May the moment Najib concedes defeat. What song can he now sing ? He had insulted kau kau Dr M and disses him so teruk that it is very difficult to keep to a straight tune...Dr M can still stare one down even at age 92, hihihihi.

  3. Are there any penalties for those who still kept quiet or latecomers to the Singing competition?

    Were there any extranuating circumstances (eg. fear, violence etc) which prevented them from singing earlier?

    Or

    The singing competition started so as to save their own skins or to save the continuing bathing in a luxury life or their business or posts or to hide their illgotten gains?

    Such are the skills of Magpies.

    1. Even the Russian Bolsheviks in 1917 co-opted some members of the Old Tsarist bourgeoisie to maintain some continuity.

      No new regime can afford to start on a completely blank slate.

    2. The old Tsarist foggies had 2 options: either die with the rest of the Communist purging, or work with the Commies and reap the benefits of being at the higher echelons. No brainer which side they chose.
