If Enemy Eat Poo , You Wanna eat Poo?

The Malaysian Bar has slammed unauthorised travel bans on police investigation targets (eg. Najib) and leaks of police investigations, calling them ‘breaches of law’.

Bar president George Varughese expressed the Bar’s concern regarding reports of such unauthorised travel bans imposed on certain personalities, and deplored the leaks of pictures, videos and details of ongoing probes.

Varughese stressed that all individuals were entitled to the protection of their constitutional rights, regardless of public sentiment against high-profile members of the previous government. He stated:

“The previous government may have had a less-than-sterling — even tarnished — record of respecting the rights of individuals."
“But this should in no way justify a “tit-for-tat” approach of denying these high-profile members the right to have their own constitutional rights upheld”.

Varughese reminded me of what my mum used to tell me when I was caught being naughty but pleaded that I was merely doing what the pother kampung kids do: "Kaytee, if they eat sh*t, do you also want to eat sh*t?" Wakakaka.

Thus when I hear anyone, even sweeties I adore, say they (you-know-who, wakakaka) "deserve it" because they were cruel, I would think of my mum's sarcastic advice.

Wakakaka again, and thanks, Mr Varughese.

  3. If the Bar Council and George in particular would be kind enough to provide a personal guarantee that Najib, Rosmah, Arul, Serigar etc etc will return to Malaysia should their help be required in police investigations then perhaps we can let these people leave. We can’t compare these people with Maria Chin, Tony Pua, Zunar etc, it wouldn’t be tit-for-tat apple-to-apple comparison because these latter folks are not flight risks. Their only “crimes” were to speak up as an MP, organise peaceful rallies and draw cartoons. In the meantime we are still looking for Jho Low, Jasmine and Casey Tang, all of 1MDB fame.

  4. No...the old days where investigations were done quietly, and often buried quietly must stop.

The Public have a right to know the progress of investigations into something of such vital public interest.

    1. While the criminal investigations r ongoing, the SUSPECTS must stay within the jurisdiction of the laws governing those investigations.

The Bar’s (the president's) expressed concern regarding reports of such unauthorised(??) travel bans imposed on certain personalities, and deplored the leaks of pictures, videos and details of ongoing probes R, at best, malapropos of the protection of their constitutional rights, regardless of public sentiment against high-profile members of the previous government.

This head of bar council is just another bleeding heart of fame seeking!

    1. Wakakaka, people only said the pot calling the kettle black but I'll have to say you are the charcoal calling the white chalk black! Wakakaka again. When I wrote "after I broke the shell (of the eggs)" you lied 3 times that I meant the shells were not yet broken. You also once claimed you were a Chinese you John Hasan! You also fitnah the "oppositions" (Now the ruling party, wakakaka again) you also failed to use God given common sense by insisting "you have to swallow the eggs before you can tell they are rotten" wakakakaka .........

  7. Ktemoc was in a deep coma all those years when the Najib Administration sodomized the human rights of so many.
Ktemoc is on record stating that he does not support any reform agenda.

Now Ktemoc suddenly wakes up screaming hysterically that Najib's human rights must be respected.

    Hypocrite.

  8. Golden Rule vs Human Rights (especially to humiliate); in most occasions the latter will win.

  9. It would be better for The Bar President to suggest amendments to The Constitution, Immigration Act etc to ensure Human Rights are better protected than talking politics.

Not a squeak about persons banned from entering Sabah and Sarawak or Rulers banning certain citizens from their States.

Play safe Human Rights Bar President.
