MCA chow-kow

MM Online on how MCA backtracking on its anti-PAS hudud bill:

MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai today said that the party did not oppose the PAS’ private bill seeking to empower the Syariah courts.

He said there had been a misunderstanding on MCA’s stand on the matter.

“I think there have been a lot of misunderstandings, saying that we oppose the bill. We just want it to be implemented according to the constitution.

Liow Tiong Lie, typical of the MCA. Have you been under orders from UMNO?

We will remember this on election day.

  3. when he threatened to leave the kitchen cabinet, i knew it was just another koh soh koon, bo lan hood stunt
who gives a shit to a minister if he is just another doggie bag carrier or a bread crumbs collector
now if he had said mca will pull out of bn that would have indicated he meant business
but as usual personal and short term interest outweigh future consequences
that is what is lacking in our leaders, they do not care about the future generations or the direction our country is heading
do we want a modern progressive society or a fall back to a third world Arab society
if the mcas, the mics, the pbbs and the mosquitoes are not careful we will definitely be eating more roti Arab
