KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 — Malaysia strongly condemned the latest incursion into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem by more than 1,000 illegal Israeli settlers and senior regime officials, led by Israel’s national security minister, under the protection of the regime’s occupying forces on Sept 28.
In a statement on Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry, also known as Wisma Putra, stressed that the repeated incursions constitute a serious violation of international law, as well as the historical and legal status quo governing occupied East Jerusalem and Al-Haram Al-Sharif.
“These actions are not merely isolated provocations, but part of the Israeli Zionist regime’s ongoing efforts to alter the identity and character of Al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied East Jerusalem.
“Malaysia categorically rejects any such attempts and stresses that the sanctity of Al-Haram Al-Sharif and the religious rights of Muslim worshippers must be fully respected and upheld,” it said.
Malaysia also urged the international community, particularly the United Nations Security Council, to take urgent and concrete action to compel the Israeli Zionist regime to immediately cease such deliberate and flagrant violations.
“The Zionist Israeli regime must be held accountable for its continued attempts to undermine the historical and legal status quo at Al-Haram Al-Sharif,” it said.
Malaysia also reaffirmed its unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination, and reiterated its longstanding support for the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. — Bernama

New Zealand has registered the “Palestine Free from the River to the Sea” Party for its November 7 election, giving the party a nationwide ballot presence despite more than 200 objections to its registration. It has also been allocated nearly NZ$79,000 in taxpayer-funded election broadcasting money.
The party explicitly calls for the “dismantling of the Zionist structure of the state of Israel.”
Party president Paul Hopkinson has previously served as a spokesperson and organizer for campaigns supporting the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. The PFLP is designated a terrorist organization by the United States and European Union.
Hopkinson has publicly defended armed Palestinian resistance and argued that Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad should be removed from New Zealand’s terrorism list. UThe party’s official platform declares “unconditional and complete solidarity” with Palestinian resistance in all forms consistent with international humanitarian law.
The party also wants New Zealand to withdraw from formal security alliances with the United States and distance its foreign policy from what it calls Anglo-American economic and military dominance.
New Zealand’s Electoral Commission nevertheless cleared the party for registration after determining it met the legal requirements, including having at least 500 eligible financial members.

ReplyDeleteIsraeli media believe one of the pilots of the Flydubai flight attempted to deliberately crash the plane in a suicide attempt making it drop 15,000 feet incredibly quickly the other Pilot reportedly fought him for control and regained it landing the plane in Saudi Arabia.

They reported hearing screams and seeing blood near the cockpit. The Flydubai plane, carrying 180 people including around 100 Israelis, eventually landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, where both pilots were removed from the aircraft.
Media reports claim the crew consisted of two pilots -one from Russia and the other from Ukraine.
