Israel kills dozens in Gaza after Hamas disarmament deal

Palestine weekly: Israel kills dozens in Gaza after Hamas disarmament deal

Israeli strikes on Gaza only intensified in the days following a US-brokered agreement billed as a ‘breakthrough’.

United States President Donald Trump announced “a historic agreement” on July 30 for the disarmament of Hamas and other armed groups in Gaza, framed as the long-awaited move into the second phase of the October 2025 “ceasefire” deal.

The agreement was negotiated through the Board of Peace, established by Trump to oversee post-war reconstruction and governance of Gaza.

However, Hamas negotiator Ghazi Hamad told Al Jazeera the Palestinian group would not implement the deal unless Israel fulfilled its obligations, which include halting attacks and withdrawing troops.

A spokesperson for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, meanwhile, said Israeli forces would not withdraw until Hamas was fully disarmed.

With that fundamental deadlock unresolved, Israeli attacks on Gaza, which have characterised the 10-month “ceasefire”, continued, arguably with even greater intensity. Within days of the announcement of the “historic agreement”, Israeli strikes killed at least 19 Palestinians in a single day, bringing the weekend death toll in Gaza to 26.

Board of Peace envoy Nickolay Mladenov condemned the escalation without naming Israel directly: “Two days of strikes across Gaza have killed civilians and destroyed medical supplies that people depend on,” he said.

The attacks capped a month that was the deadliest in Gaza this year, and the deadliest for Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, in terms of Israeli settler attacks, since 2023.

Satanyahu can't respect the "peace plan" as he will then go to prison.

    Am Yisrael Chai.

🚨🇩🇪🇮🇱 Israel has quietly received one of its most advanced submarines ever built. Germany has officially transferred the INS Drakon, the newest and final Dolphin-II class submarine, significantly strengthening Israel's underwater capabilities.

The handover took place without a public ceremony at TKMS's shipyard in Kiel, after which the submarine sailed under the Israeli flag for the first time.

The INS Drakon differs substantially from previous Dolphin-II submarines. Its length has increased from 68.6 to 73 meters, while the redesigned hull and noticeably enlarged sail have fueled speculation that the vessel incorporates entirely new operational capabilities.

Defense analysts believe the expanded sail could house vertical launch systems (VLS), although neither Israel nor TKMS has confirmed their existence. If installed, such launchers could potentially accommodate ballistic or cruise missiles, unmanned systems, intelligence payloads, or equipment for special operations forces.

The submarine is confirmed to carry 10 torpedo tubes in its bow, including six 533 mm tubes and four larger 650 mm tubes, which could support heavier weapons or specialized mission equipment.

The arrival of the INS Drakon further enhances Israel's strategic naval deterrent and reflects the continuing evolution of one of the most advanced submarine fleets in the Middle East.

Unless those zionist state's Arab enemies have a formidable naval forces, these zionist's INS Drakon, the newest and final Dolphin-II class submarine, would be good for

      1) arm for hire - perhaps the 台毒 & RedDot would be interested to consider. The pinoy is out of its class

      2) targeting the Gaza flotillas for boring target practices for those zionist navy boys.

    2. Submarine missiles fired from VLS can hit land targets too, Tomahawk is just one example.

    3. Mfer, double check the missile capability of the zionist's INS Drakon before u fart.

      Truly know-nothing moron!

  2. Isn’t it just astounding he w the Red Cross manage to go all out to provide food, water and other aid to the illegal migrants that invaded Ceuta after a few short days, but couldn’t manage it be bothered to bring vital life saving medication or food or water, or anything really, to a single hostage held in Gaza for over two years?

When it came to the hostages, including children, they simply outright refused to bring anything.

Then the world somehow wants us to give a shit if a Red Cross worker is injured or killed in Gaza when they’re only there to aid and abet Hamas.

  3. Hamas terrorists are firing mortars from tents while dressed like ordinary civilians.

When Israel strikes them, Hamas claims they were merely innocent civilians.

It was all propaganda from the very beginning, the claims that a child was killed are all lies.

  4. Arabs have 22 countries, over 400 million people, and nearly 14 million square kilometers of land, yet want to convince the world that their dignity hinges on carving out a 23rd country by mutilating the only Jewish state on earth, a state that occupies less than 0.2% of the surrounding landmass.

  5. Oxford "Logik"

An Oxford student tried to prove the West shouldn’t be suspicious of Islam by warning Tommy Robinson that, without Muslim protection, the hostile Muslim crowd outside would “cook” him.

She was supposed to prove the West has nothing to fear from Islam. Instead, she justified the rational fear of radical Muslims.

  6. 100% BETUL....

In Israel, civilians are sent to bomb shelters while soldiers stand on the front lines.

In Gaza, civilians are left on the front lines while terrorists hide in tunnels.

That is the difference between protecting your people and using them.
